Return Policy
Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. However, the following conditions apply:

Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice

Items must be unused, unopened, and in fully resalable condition

Original packaging must be intact and undamaged

Non-Faulty Returns (Restricted)
For returns where the item is not faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:
